One of the things I noticed early in my business career was that it was often difficult to find reliable providers of support services like accounting , insurance or IT. It always seemed to be a hit or miss proposition. Some vendors delivered next to nothing, and that was a waste of my time and money. Others delivered exactly as promised, and while that was all right, it was not like any of these folks exceeded my expectations. Then, there were those few who always seemed to go above and beyond what I had anticipated. They really wanted to develop a long-lasting relationship and they did everything possible to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
